At NelCreate, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly. Below you’ll find our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and important information about address changes, customs duties, and order cancellation.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.

For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged at checkout.

Shipping rates and available shipping options may vary depending on your location and the final checkout page.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

The total delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume sales periods, or for pre-order items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They All Be Delivered at the Same Time?

We always try our best to ship all items in one package whenever possible.

However, some items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping method. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails.

Can I Change My Delivery Address After My Order Has Shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the delivery address once an order has been shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at nellco@nelcreate.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.

We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.

What Should I Do If I Receive the Wrong Product?

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team at nellco@nelcreate.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item you received so we can review the issue and help you with the next steps.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at nellco@nelcreate.com as soon as possible.

Once the parcel has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. In that case, please refer to our return policy for further assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

NelCreate ships to customers in many countries and regions around the world.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority, carrier, or payment provider and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country or region.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or import charges, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. In such cases, NelCreate may not be able to issue a full refund or resend the order.
